- 'body_class' filter issue.

### Changed
- Additional filter 'body_class' for custom body classes was causing issues. Was changed to "cst_plusadmin/body_class" 
- CSS issue with some elements with '.notice' class.
- All the custom filters and actions has been prefixed with "cst_plusadmin/[action name|filter name]".
